✅Structural defects in the frame, legs, or joints due to manufacturing.
✅Warping, cracking, or splitting of wood caused by a manufacturing defect.
✅Faulty hinges, handles, drawer slides, or fittings supplied with the product.
✅Significant colour inconsistency or finish defect present at the time of delivery.
✅Foam or cushion collapse due to a manufacturing fault (not normal wear).
✅Damage caused during delivery by our team, when reported within 48 hours.
❌ Not Covered by Warranty
❌Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery.
❌Incorrect self-assembly or assembly not performed by our team.
❌Normal wear and tear, scratches, or fading from regular daily use.
❌Damage from exposure to water, sunlight, heat, or harsh cleaning chemicals.
❌Colour variations between online photos and the delivered product (natural material variation).
❌Custom orders with defects resulting from dimensions or specifications provided by the customer.

Warranty is void if the product has been modified, repaired by an unauthorised party, or if damage was caused by negligence after delivery.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Making a warranty claim is simple. Follow these steps:

Send Photos of the Defect
Provide clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles. Include a photo of the full product and a close-up of the affected area.

Provide Your Order Details
Share your order number or the name used at purchase and the date of delivery. This helps us locate your record quickly.

Assessment & Resolution
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and contact you with the resolution — whether that's repair, replacement, or a suitable alternative.

For delivery damage, report within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted for delivery-related issues.

Warranty Resolution Options
Once a valid warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- 🔨RepairWe send a technician to repair the defect at your location at no charge — this is our preferred option for minor structural issues.
- 🔄Replacement of PartWe replace the defective component (e.g., a hinge, drawer, cushion insert) without replacing the entire unit.
- 📦Full Product ReplacementFor major structural defects that cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with an identical or equivalent item.

Refunds are not provided as a warranty remedy. The warranty covers repair or replacement only. For returns and refunds outside of warranty, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Custom Orders & Warranty
- 🛡️Manufacturing Defects CoveredCustom-made furniture is covered against structural manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery — the same as standard products.
- 📏Customer Measurements ResponsibilityIf a custom piece does not fit your space due to incorrect dimensions provided by the customer, this does not fall under warranty. Always verify your measurements before confirming a custom order.
- 🎨Colour & Finish VariationsMinor variations between samples shown and the delivered product are not covered — these are inherent to natural and manufactured materials and are not manufacturing defects.

- 🧾Keep Your Order ConfirmationYour order confirmation or delivery receipt is your proof of purchase. Always keep a copy to support any future warranty claim.
- 📸Document on DeliveryWe strongly recommend photographing all items immediately after delivery before our team leaves, to document the product's original condition.
- 🏠Indoor Use OnlyAll Craft Homz products are designed for indoor residential use only. Damage caused by outdoor exposure, humidity, or commercial use voids the warranty.
- 🔧Follow Care InstructionsDamage caused by failure to follow our care and maintenance guidelines is not covered. Please refer to the Product Care instructions included with your purchase.
- 🚫Unauthorised Repairs Void WarrantyAny attempt to repair a product by a third party without prior approval from Craft Homz will void the warranty immediately.
