Inspect on Delivery
Check your order before the team leaves
Inspect all items at the time of delivery. If any damage is found, document it immediately with photos and notify our team before signing off.
Delivery Address
Ensure your address is accurate and complete
Provide building name/number, floor, apartment number, and any relevant landmark. Incorrect addresses may cause delays and re-delivery fees.
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. If no one is available, re-delivery may be arranged at an additional fee.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
Deliveries are typically suspended on official public holidays. If your order is scheduled around a holiday, our team will contact you in advance to reschedule at your convenience.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates. If you are in a very remote area, please contact us first to confirm delivery feasibility and get an accurate timeline.
Is express or next-day delivery available?
Express delivery may be available for certain in-stock items in Greater Cairo. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order to check availability and arrange express delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before your order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp. Once the order is out for delivery, address changes cannot be accommodated.
What if the furniture doesn't fit through my elevator or door?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure access before ordering. Please measure all access points. If delivery fails due to access issues, re-delivery and return fees may apply. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
