Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

✅ Eligible for Return
Product is unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are intact.
Return requested within 14 days of delivery date.
Manufacturing defect or damage found at delivery (reported within 48 hours).
Wrong item delivered — differs from what was ordered.
Significant undisclosed defect not visible in product photos.

Product has been assembled, used, or shows signs of wear.
Original packaging is damaged, discarded, or incomplete.
Return requested more than 14 days after delivery.
Custom or made-to-order items (except documented manufacturing defects).
Damage from misuse, incorrect assembly, or customer negligence.
Minor colour variation between online photos and delivered product.
⚠️Items that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected upon inspection and returned to the customer. Do not discard packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps. Do not send items back before receiving confirmation from our team.

Send Supporting PhotosClear photos of the item in its current condition, the packaging, and any defect. This speeds up eligibility assessment.

Await Approval (2–3 Business Days)Our team will review and notify you of approval. Do not ship or schedule a pick-up before receiving approval.

Arrange CollectionWe will coordinate pick-up from your address. Ensure the item is securely repackaged in original packaging before collection.

Inspection & RefundOnce received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
💡For delivery damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Claims after 48 hours may not be accepted.
