  Order Modification & CancellationOrders may only be modified or cancelled before production or dispatch begins. No changes are possible once fulfilment has started. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

  Delivery CoverageWe deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates. Free shipping is available on orders above 3,000 EGP.

  Delivery TimelinesDelivery takes 3–7 working days for Cairo & Giza, 5–10 days for Delta & Canal governorates, and 7–14 days for Upper Egypt and remote areas. You will be notified of your estimated delivery date after dispatch.

  Assembly ServiceProfessional assembly is included for all furniture items. Our team will assemble and place your furniture and remove all packaging.

  Access ResponsibilityIt is the customer's responsibility to ensure furniture can physically access the delivery location — including lifts, staircases, doorways, and corridors — before placing an order.

  14-Day Return WindowProducts may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all accessories intact.

  Custom OrdersCustom or made-to-order items are non-returnable except in cases of documented manufacturing defects.

  Refund ProcessingRefunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  Delivery DamageAny damage present at delivery must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

  1-Year WarrantyAll products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Coffee tables, side tables, and accessories carry a 6-month warranty.

  What Is CoveredStructural defects in the frame, joints, or fittings; warping or cracking due to manufacturing fault; faulty hinges, drawer slides, or handles supplied with the product.

  What Is Not CoveredDamage from misuse, incorrect assembly, negligence, exposure to water or heat, normal wear and tear, or repairs attempted by unauthorised parties.

  Warranty ResolutionApproved warranty claims are resolved via repair, part replacement, or full product replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not available as a warranty remedy.

We offer a custom furniture manufacturing service tailored to your exact specifications. The following terms apply to all custom orders:

  Binding ConfirmationOnce specifications and pricing are agreed and confirmed in writing, the order is binding and cannot be modified or cancelled.

  50% Deposit RequiredA 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
• ⏳
  Production TimeCustom orders typically take 2–6 weeks to produce, depending on complexity and specifications.
• 📏
  Customer Measurement ResponsibilityThe customer is solely responsible for providing accurate dimensions. Craft Homz is not liable for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements.
• 🚫
  Non-ReturnableCustom orders cannot be returned except in cases of documented manufacturing defects.

• 🎨
  Colour AccuracyProduct colours are displayed as accurately as photography allows. Minor variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, and material batches. These do not constitute grounds for return.

  Product PhotographyImages are for illustrative purposes only. Decorative accessories or props shown in photos are not included unless explicitly stated in the product description.

  DimensionsAll dimensions listed are approximate. Measure your space carefully before purchasing. For custom orders, the customer is solely responsible for providing accurate measurements.

  Access VerificationBefore ordering large items, verify that all access points — lift dimensions, staircase width, doorways — can accommodate the furniture. Craft Homz is not liable for failed delivery due to access restrictions.

  Accepted MethodsWe accept Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank transfer, Cash on Delivery, and 0% interest instalment plans through partner banks.

  Payment SecurityAll online transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.

  Instalment TermsInstalment availability and terms vary by bank. Craft Homz is not responsible for interest, fees, or penalties imposed by the bank. Contact your bank for complete instalment terms.

  Cash on DeliveryCOD orders must be paid in cash in full upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready. Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in a re-delivery fee and account restriction.
