Wooden Products — Care Instructions
- Dust regularly using a soft, dry cloth to prevent build-up on the surface.
- Wipe spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth. Never let liquids sit — even brief exposure can cause staining or warping.
- Always use coasters or mats for hot, cold, or wet items. Heat and cold can permanently damage the finish.
- Avoid abrasive household cleaners, bleach, or chemical solvents — these strip the protective finish.
- Keep wooden pieces at least 50 cm away from direct heat sources or sunlight to prevent fading, cracking, or warping.
- Never drag wooden furniture across the floor — always lift and carry. Use felt pads under legs to protect both the piece and your flooring.
- Periodically check and gently tighten screws and joints to keep the piece stable.
Apply a quality wood polish or beeswax every 6–12 months to maintain lustre and add extra protection against moisture and minor scratches.
Upholstered Products — Care Instructions
- Vacuum regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and prevent particles from working into the fabric fibres.
- Rotate, flip, and fluff cushions regularly to maintain shape and distribute wear evenly.
- Avoid sleeping overnight on upholstered sofas or chairs — prolonged uneven pressure deforms the foam permanently.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, white cloth. Work from the outer edge toward the centre to prevent spreading.
- Use water-free cleaning solvents only. Applying plain water directly can cause water rings or encourage mould growth.
- Always test any cleaner on a small hidden area first and wait a few minutes before applying to visible spots.
- Avoid placing colour-transferring items (dark denim, leather bags, newspapers) on light fabric surfaces.
- Keep at least 50 cm away from direct sunlight or heat to prevent fabric fading and foam deterioration.
- Keep sharp objects away — they can cause tears, snags, or pulls in the fabric.
- Do not expose to water, prolonged moisture, or outdoor use. Designed for indoor use only.
- Never drag upholstered beds or sofas — always lift with assistance to avoid damage to the frame and flooring.

Marble Products — Care Instructions
Natural Material: Marble may display natural variations in veining, colour, and texture. These are not defects — they are what makes each piece unique.
- Dust regularly using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths that can scratch or dull the polished surface.
- Wipe spills immediately — marble is porous and absorbs liquids quickly, leading to permanent staining.
- Always use coasters and mats. Even brief contact with hot or cold items can leave permanent marks on marble.
- Keep acidic substances away entirely — lemon juice, vinegar, cola, wine, and coffee will etch and permanently dull the surface.
- Use only pH-neutral, stone-safe cleaning products. Standard household sprays and bathroom cleaners will damage marble.
- Keep at least 50 cm from direct heat sources or prolonged sunlight to prevent discolouration and thermal stress cracking.
- Apply a quality marble sealer once or twice a year to significantly reduce porosity and improve stain resistance.
- Avoid impact and abrasion — marble can chip or crack under sharp blows. Never use abrasive pads or steel wool.
Common household products — including lemon juice, vinegar, most bathroom sprays, and kitchen cleaners — are acidic and will permanently etch marble. Always verify a product is marble-safe before use.
